• Student visa category is the most common one if any one’s main goal is to come to Australia to study. Following are the conditions of student visa:
⇒ More than 40 hours work per fortnight is not allowed during your course but during school holidays an individual is allowed to work as many hours as he/she wishes.
⇒ Student cannot work before starting of the course.
⇒ Good attendance and academic progress is must at your school.
⇒ Health insurance during your stay in Australia is mandatory.
⇒ One should remember to maintain good attendance during stay in Australia.
⇒ Attendance has to be 80% at English language schools.
This application depends upon:
⇒ Your nationality
⇒ School you are applying for.
** These factors help you to determine the risk level of your application.
Meaning of risk level- This level is ranked from 1-3 for each country and the school provider
⇒ Enrollment for full time course is must.
⇒ Confirmation of Enrolment-COE will be issued if school provider is registered with CRICOS
⇒ Financial documents– Depending on the risk level of the candidate one has to prove that he/she has enough air tickets, course fees and living costs in Australia.
⇒ One has to show that he/she has at least AUD $ 19,000/- for a single application in bank account.
English Test scores for PTE/IELTS or Cambridge is needed as a proof of language.
⇒ School application need to be submitted.
⇒ Letter of offer/acceptance or invoice from school is to be received.
⇒ Course fees need to be paid.
⇒ eCOE- need to be received with payment of receipt.
⇒ Organization of Financial support, health insurance and medical examination is needed.

This visa depends on the program you choose:
6months- If you enroll for this course it is valid for 6 months.
3- Year program- Your student visa will be valid for 3 years.
